“End User”: A social media user interacting with a Client’s profiles on associated platforms.
“Personal Data”: Information identifying or making a person identifiable, within the meaning of the GDPR.
“Service”: The Braine platform and related services, including analytics, campaigns, communication, integrations, and free tools.
“Site”: The www.braine.io website and its sub-pages.
“Regulation”: The UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable privacy regulations.

Braine Ltd (“Braine”) is a UK-based technology company offering an AI-powered platform for managing social media engagement, analytics, and communication across multiple channels.
